Uncertainty Analysis/Propagation

  • Working with a wide variety of methods/algorithms like Monte Carlo, Latin-Hypercube, Stochastic Surface Response Method, High Dimensional Model Reduction and Markov Chain Monte Carlo to study the effect of parameter and input uncertainties on model outputs of reaction and transport models like FACT, RPM etc.
  • Current work involves uncertainty analysis viewed from a Bayesian perspective

 

Timesteppers/Integrators

 

  • Current work involves trying to obtain coarse global optimum solutions in cases where legacy codes only exist and problems are formulated in terms of coarse variables.
